Moving out? Our Exit and End of Lease Cleaning service ensures your property or rental property is left in pristine condition, helping you quickly acquire new tenants or secure your bond back. We handle all the cleaning details, meeting the strict standards of landlords and property managers.These can entail extra optional tasks such as spot cleaning walls, internal oven detailing and walls spot cleaned, windows both sides plus tracks (where accessible).
What's Included:
  • Deep cleaning of all rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, living rooms, bedrooms and common rooms).
  • Cleaning skirting boards, light fitting (where accessible) and touch points (not fixtures please)
  • External oven, (Internal oven detail is an extra clients can request)
  • Window cleaning is an optional extra
  • Carpet vacuuming and spot cleaning
  • Ceiling fans and air conditioning units including filters (where accessible)
  • Removal of cobwebs, dusting, and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning skirting boards, light fittings, and fixtures
  • Mopping of hard floors

Frequency:

This is a one-time service as an owner is leaving their home or at the end of a lease, typically conducted after furniture has been moved out.

Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped. We supply everything needed for the job as per SafeWorkSA Regulations and Fair Work Regulations.
Yes, our minimum booking is 3 hours for domestic cleans and 2 hours for commercial cleans.
No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning service and we do recommend you install a coded key lockbox to ensure staff can access the property for your service.For peace of mind all Luvenit Clean have up to date Police Clearances.
Yes we offer once off services, as well as ongoing services of weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly bookings.
Yes we offer oven detail cleaning and window cleaning as an extra task.
Yes we do, please include details of tasks you’d like us to include with your regular services and we’ll make it happen.
We do not operate on weekends or  public holidays however if you require a booking on these days please contact us to discuss your options, Surcharges will apply.
Yes we are a pet friendly service however we do ask that indoor pets be properly contained during the sservice for your pets safety and the safety of our staff.
