Our client approached Luvenit Clean to manage their small portfolio (3 homes) for Air BnB cleaning management.
At the time we were approached the client was overwhelmed with managing bookings, cleaning homes and washing linen for their 3 properties.
After a conversation with our client and taking time to understanding the stress our client was under, managing bookings, cleaning homes and washing linen. Our team at Luvenit Clean put together a flexible booking proposal to assist with maximising occupancy for the three Air bnB properties.
Our Proposal included a flexible booking structure with 72 hour turn around from booking to clean, off-site linen management to remove used linen from the property for fast turnarounds and grounds maintenance.
As a cleaning business which has been operating since 2014, Luvenit Clean has the staff and the know how to assist Air BnB property owners with managing their investments.
With a team of over 20 cleaners our staff have been capable of maintaining these properties over the long term. Ensuring great reviews and high occupancy for the property owner.
Since Luvenit Clean took on the management for the three properties in Oct 2023, the client has been able to concentrate on bookings and client communication leaving the cleaning and grounds maintenance to the Luvenit Clean professional staff.
The occupancy rate is 15% improved with many clients returning to re-experience the properties and the region.
The Grounds and maintenance has also been enhanced as the Luvenit Clean team implement outdoor upgrades supplied by the client to enhance visitor experience and increase rental returns.
