Rental Inspection Cleans are cleans for the tenant to pass a rental inspection and can entail extra optional tasks such as spot cleaning walls/doors/touch points, oven detail clean, windows cleaning, ceiling fans etc, this is a very popular service especially for busy working families who just don't have time to do it themselves.Our cleans can entail extra optional tasks such as spot cleaning walls, internal oven detailing and walls spot cleaned, windows both sides plus tracks (where accessible)

Every 3 months or as required according to your lease agreement contract.

Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped. We supply everything needed for the job as per SafeWorkSA Regulations and Fair Work Regulations.
Yes, our minimum booking is 3 hours for domestic cleans and 2 hours for commercial cleans.
No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning service and we do recommend you install a coded key lockbox to ensure staff can access the property for your service.For peace of mind all Luvenit Clean have up to date Police Clearances.
Yes we offer once off services, as well as ongoing services of weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly bookings.
Yes we offer oven detail cleaning and window cleaning as an extra task.
Yes we do, please include details of tasks you’d like us to include with your regular services and we’ll make it happen.
We do not operate on weekends or  public holidays however if you require a booking on these days please contact us to discuss your options, Surcharges will apply.
Yes we are a pet friendly service however we do ask that indoor pets be properly contained during the sservice for your pets safety and the safety of our staff.
