My horsemanship journey began at Pony Club, where I built my foundation across a wide range of disciplines including showjumping, dressage, eventing, and mounted games. These early years taught me discipline, versatility, resilience, and the importance of a strong partnership with my horse. Just over 12 months ago, I made the exciting decision to transition into barrel racing — a fast-paced, high-energy discipline that challenged me in completely new ways. While the transition pushed me far outside my comfort zone, it has also reignited my passion, sharpened my skills, and helped me grow as both a rider and a competitor.
Looking ahead, my ambition is firmly set on qualifying for the ABHA (Australian Barrel Horse Association) National Finals in 2026, as well as the APRA (Australian Pro Rodeo Association) and RSA (Rodeo Services Australia) National Finals in 2026. These goals drive my training, discipline, and commitment every day. I am determined to continue developing my skills, building strong competitive partnerships with my horses, and performing at my best at every event.
