Our client a commercial insurance assessor approached Luvenit Clean to restore a property after an arson attack.
The property had structural damage which had to removed by the builder before our team could enter safely. Once we could see the lay of the land we put together a plan.
To make this property clean we proposed sending in a team of 12 cleaners to work from the ceiling to the walls to the floor.
As well as cleaning there was also rubbish removal to be considered and we organised for mini skip bins to be on site for the duration of the 4 day clean.

The team arrived on site with bins in place and industrial tools to commence the clean.
Phase one was rubbish removal and constant skip bin filling.
Phase two was the washing of the ceiling and walls. Making these ready for paint and wall coverings.
Phase three was a cleaning of the floor followed by a deep polish to make these ready for floor coverings.
The team spent four days on site with up to 12 team members at any one time to complete the task.
The team used 4 skip bins for rubbish removal and by day four it was down to a final clean and dust removal ready for the painters and decorators to complete their tasks.
A four day clean from start to finish, allowing the business owner the capability to commence the redecorating within a week.
