Our AirBnB Home / Apartment Cleaning service ensures your rental stays clean, organized, and comfortable after every guest stay. We offer flexible cleaning schedules that fit your booking schedule, so you can enjoy great reviews from your happy guests who have enjoyed your home / apartment without the effort.
What's Included:
  • Vacuuming and mopping of floors
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces (including skirting boards)
  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Emptying bins and tidying living spaces
  • Changing bed linens
  • Restocking of consumables such as milk, toilet paper ,fridge stock, coffee, tea, sugars etc as supplied by the client.

Client Expectations:
You can expect a consistently clean and fresh rental, with attention to detail on every visit. Our team works efficiently to maintain the cleanliness of your home, ensuring it always looks and feels welcoming for your guests.

Frequency:

This service is available as required. We will work with vendors to maximise occupancy rates.

Yes. We understand the importance of familiarity, consistency and continuity.
Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped. We supply everything needed for the job as per SafeWorkSA Regulations and Fair Work Regulations.
Yes, our minimum booking is 3 hours for domestic cleans and 2 hours for commercial cleans.
No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning service and we do recommend you install a coded key lockbox to ensure staff can access the property for your service.For peace of mind all Luvenit Clean have up to date Police Clearances.
Yes we offer once off services, as well as ongoing services of weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly bookings.
Yes we offer oven detail cleaning and window cleaning as an extra task.
Yes we do, please include details of tasks you’d like us to include with your regular services and we’ll make it happen.
We do not operate on weekends or  public holidays however if you require a booking on these days please contact us to discuss your options, Surcharges will apply.
Yes we are a pet friendly service however we do ask that indoor pets be properly contained during the sservice for your pets safety and the safety of our staff.
